이민국(BI)은 고국에서 심각한 범죄를 저질렀다는 이유로 당국이 수배한 4명의 외국인 도망자를 체포했다고 발표했다.

노먼 탠싱코 이민국장에 따르면 4명의 외국인은 각자의 국가로 추방돼 필리핀 재입국을 방지하기 위해 블랙리스트에 오른다.

그는 외계인들이 10월 10일부터 10월 18일까지 팜팡가, 카탄두아네스, 메트로 마닐라에서 BI의 도망자 수색대(FSU) 요원이 수행한 별도의 작전에서 체포됐다고 말했다.

지난 10월 10일 클락에서 체포된 팜팡가는 한국 국적의 김원(34)씨로 서울 동부지법에서 통신 사기를 당한 혐의로 구속영장을 신청했다.

FSU 요원들은 10월 13일 타귁시 자신의 콘도에서 이들을 체포했다. 또 다른 한국인 '김기록'(29)은 성매매 알선과 인신매매 등의 혐의로 대구지방법원에서 구속영장을 신청했다. 인터넷.

네덜란드 국적의 "얀 코넬리스 스튜어만"(71)은 카탄두아네스의 비라크에 거주하던 외국인 3명을 소아성애 혐의로 착취한 혐의로 10월 14일 체포됐다.

마지막으로 체포된 도망자는 51세의 미국인 "스티븐 버논 크로스(Steven Vernon Cross)"로, 전면적인 사기와 돈세탁 혐의로 기소된 버지니아 동부의 미국 지방법원에서 재판을 받기를 원했습니다.

크로스는 아동 성추행 혐의로 미시간주 켄트 카운티에서 1년형을 선고받은 성범죄자이기도 하다.

4명은 올해 1월부터 10월까지 BI의 FSU에 의해 체포된 130명의 외국인 난민 중 일부에 불과하다.

Tansingco는 "그들은 이곳에 계속 존재하며 공익에 심각한 위협을 가하는 원치 않는 외계인"이라고 말했습니다. 따라서 그들은 즉시 체포되어 추방될 것이라고 덧붙였다.

[11.10] BI, Arranged Alien Fugitive Expulsion Scheduled

The Bureau of Immigration  (BI) has announced that it has arrested four foreign fugitives wanted by authorities for committing serious crimes in their home country.

The four foreigners will be deported to their respective countries and placed on the bureau's blacklist to prevent re-entry into the Philippines, according to immigration director "Norman Tansingco."

He said the aliens were arrested in separate operations conducted by BI's Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) personnel in Pampanga, Catanduanes, and Metro Manila from Oct. 10 to Oct. 18.

Arrested last Oct. 10 in Clark, Pampanga was Korean national Kim Won, 34, who is the subject of an arrest warrant from the Dongbu district court in Seoul for allegedly engaging in telecommunications fraud.

On Oct. 13, FSU agents arrested them inside his condominium unit in Taguig City another Korean identified as "Kim Girok," 29, was issued an arrest warrant by the Daegu district court on charges of running a prostitution racket and human trafficking scheme via the Internet.

"Jan Cornelis Stuurman," 71 years old, a Dutch national, was arrested on October 14 on suspicion of exploiting three Filipino minors while he was a resident alien in Virac, Catanduanes, on suspicion of being a pedophile. 

The last fugitive to be arrested was 51-year-old American "Steven Vernon Cross," who wanted to stand trial in the US District for  Eastern Virginia accused of full-blown fraud and money laundering.

Cross is also a sex offender who was sentenced to one year in prison in Kent County, Michigan for alleged child sexual harassment.

The four are just parts of the 130 foreign refugees arrested by BI's FSU from January to October this year.

"They are unwanted aliens who continue to exist here and pose a serious threat to the public interest," "Tansingco," said. "They will therefore be arrested and deported immediately," it added.
