미성년자를 대상으로 한 범죄로 그의 나라에서 수배된 미국인 탈주범입니다.

이번 체포는 미 당국으로부터 '스티거'의 범행에 대한 정보를 입수해 FSU에 억류 명령을 내린 BI가 발표한 임무 명령에 따른 것입니다.

기록에 따르면 '타이'는 올해 7월 미시간 주 힐스데일 카운티의 존스빌 시가 편찬한 미시간 편집법 위반 아동 포르노 35건에 대해 체포영장이 발부됐습니다.

그는 피해자들을 상대로 한 여러 범죄 중 여러 건의 성적 학대 행위와 아동 성적 학대 자료 소지 혐의로 기소된 것으로 알려졌습니다. 미성년 자녀를 촬영하기 위해 곳곳에 설치된 몰래카메라 영상이 십여 건이나 당국에 의해 변비에 걸렸습니다.

"이 범죄자들을 체포하는 것은 항상 우리 기관의 최우선 과제였고, 또 다른 범죄자들을 보내는 것이었습니다.

우리 거리의 포식자는 우리가 우리 동포들을 해로부터 보호하고 있다는 것을 의미합니다,"라고 "게베로"는 말했습니다.

BI는 법무부와 함께 다음과 같은 의지를 표명했습니다.

외국인 성범죄자의 추방을 우선시합니다.

법무부 장관 "Jesus Crispin Remulla"는 BI에 앞서 경계하라고 지시했습니다.

외국인 소아성애자 및 즉각적인 체포와 추방을 보장합니다.

이달 초 '레물라' 장관은 미국 당국과 만나 여성과 아동에 대한 온라인 성적 착취 등 사이버 범죄 퇴치에 대한 협력 강화에 대해 논의했습니다.

LAS PINAS CITY, Philippines—Bureau of Immigration (BI) agents announced their arrest of

an American fugitive wanted in his country for crimes against those under of age.

BI OIC Commissioner "Rogelio D. Gevero, Jr." identified the fugitive as "Tye Braxton Stiger,"

35 years old, and  was arrested by operatives from the BI’s fugitive search unit (FSU) along Diego

Cera Avenue, Last Pinas City on Saturday.

The arrest was in accordance with a Mission Order issued by the BI, which ordered the FSU to detain "Stiger", after receiving information from US authorities about his crimes.

According to records, "Tye" has been issued arrest warrants for 35 counts of child pornography in violation of the Michigan Compilation Act, compiled by the city of Jonesville in Hillsdale County, Michigan, in July this year.

He was reportedly to have been charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse activity and possession of child sexual abuse material, among other crimes against his victims. More than a dozen hidden camera footage installed  in various places  to film a minor children have been constipated by authorities.

“Arresting these criminals has always been a priority of our agency, and sending another

predator to our streets means that we are protecting our compatriots from harm,” said "Gevero".

The BI, along with the Department of Justice, has expressed its willingness  to

prioritize the deportation of foreign  sex offenders.

DOJ Secretary "Jesus Crispin Remulla" has earlier instructed the BI to be vigilant against of 

foreign pedophiles and ensure their immediate arrest and deportation.

Earlier this month, Secretary "Remulla" met with US authorities to discuss strengthening cooperation in the fight against cybercrime, including online sexual exploitation of women and children.
