이민국(BI)은 중범죄로 연방 당국에 의해 수배된 미국인 2명을 체포했다고 발표했다.

이민 국장 "Norman Tansingco"는 9월 27일과 10월 6일에 BI 도망자 수색대(FSU) 요원에 의해 체포된 두 명의 외계인을 각각 "Teresita Kindle"(57) 및 "Virgilio Carigma" Cruz(67)로 식별했습니다.

Kindle은 Little Baguio San Juan City에 있는 그의 맨션에서 체포되었고 Cruz는 Bgy에 있는 그의 집에서 체포되었습니다. 산페드로, 모론, 리잘.

"Tansingco"는 BI의 도움을 요청한 마닐라의 미국 당국의 요청에 따라 2명을 체포하라고 명령했다고 밝혔습니다.

 BI는 "그들은 추방되고, 국정원의 원치 않는 외국인 블랙리스트에 오르며, 필리핀 재입국이 영구적으로 금지될 것"이라고 덧붙였다.

그는 또한 두 미국인 모두 미 국무부에 의해 여권이 취소되었거나 이미 만료되었기 때문에 이미 불법 거주자라고 말했습니다.

BI-FSU 대행인 "Rendell Ryan Sy"는 "Kindle"이 플로리다의 미국 지방 법원에서 전면적인 사기 및 자금 세탁 혐의로 여러 차례 기소되어 체포 영장을 발부했다고 말했습니다.

Kindle은 지난 달 BI 위원회가 그녀에 대해 내린 추방 명령에 따라 Tansingco가 서명한 추방 영장에 따라 체포된 것으로 나타났습니다.

'Cruz'에 대해 'Sy'는 불법 마약 혐의로 기소된 후 2018년 2월 뉴저지 고등 법원에서 체포 영장을 발부했다고 밝혔다.

두 명의 외계인은 현재 타기그 시의 캠프 바공 디와에 있는 BI 소장 시설에 구금되어 퇴학을 기다리고 있습니다.

[10.18] Two Americans Arrested by BI

The Bureau of Immigration  (BI) has announced that it has arrested two Americans wanted by federal authorities for felonies.

Immigration Commissioner "Norman Tansingco" identified two aliens who were arrested by BI Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) personnel on Sept. 27 and Oct. 6, respectively, as "Teresita Kindle", 57, and "Virgilio Carigma" Cruz, 67.

Kindle was arrested at his mansion in Little Baguio San Juan City and Cruz was arrested at his residence in Bgy. San Pedro, Moron and Rizal.

"Tansingco" said it ordered the two arrested in response to a request from US Authorities in Manila who sought BI's help in locating and deporting the fugitives.

 "They will be deported, put on the bureau's blacklist of unwanted foreigner blacklist, and permanently banned from re-entering the Philippines," BI added.

He also said both Americans were already illegal residents because their passports had been canceled by the US State Department or had already expired.

BI-FSU Acting chief "Rendell Ryan Sy" said "Kindle" was indicted on multiple charges of full-blown fraud and money laundering in the U.S. District Court in Florida, where she issued a warrant for her arrest.

It turns out Kindle was arrested last month following a deportation warrant signed by Tansingco pursuant to a deportation order issued against her by the BI Borad of Commissioners.

As for "Cruz," "Sy" said he issued an arrest warrant in New Jersey Superior Court in February 2018 after being charged with illegal drugs.

The two aliens are currently detained at the BI warden facility at Camp Bagong diwa, in Taguig City, while awaiting expulsion.
