BULACAN, San Jose Del Monte City – 이민국(BI)은 Pasig와 Bulacan에서 이민법을 위반한 혐의로 체포된 두 명의 외국인을 추방할 계획입니다.

BI 인텔리전스 부서장 "Fortunato Manahan Jr."에 따르면 "Benjamin Akomeah"로 확인된 38세의 "Ghanian"은 11월 9일 Pasig City의 콘도미니엄 건물에서 체포되었습니다.

"Akomeah"는 원치 않는 외국인이라는 이유로 BI 위원회에서 내린 약식 추방 명령의 대상이었습니다. 검문 결과 '아코메아'는 여권이나 출입국 관련 서류를 제시하지 않은 불법체류자였다.

이민국 요원들에게 체포된 72세의 미국 시민도 있었다. "마나한"은 외국인을 "존 랜달 윌슨"으로 확인했으며 그는 11월 14일 산호세 델 몬테 시 경찰서 및 바랑가이 행정부와 협력하여 불라칸의 산호세 델 몬테 거주지에서 체포되었습니다.

Wilson은 BI 국장 "Norman Tansingco"가 내린 임무 명령의 대상이었습니다. 그는 1940년 필리핀 이민법 위반으로 체류기간을 초과한 것으로 알려졌으며 이민서류를 제출할 수 없었다.

그는 소셜 미디어와 여러 웹 사이트에 자녀의 동영상을 게시한 것으로 알려져 수많은 불만의 대상이 된 것으로 알려져 있습니다.

체포된 두 사람은 즉시 BI 건강 프로토콜에 따라 RT PCR 검사를 받고 Taguig에 있는 BI 보관 시설로 이송되어 추방될 때까지 임시로 머물게 됩니다.

[12.7] Immigration set to deport two illegal aliens

BULACAN, San Jose Del Monte City – The Bureau of Immigration (BI)  plans to deport two foreign nationals who were arrested at separate operations in Pasig and Bulacan for violating immigration laws.

According to BI Intelligence division chief "Fortunato Manahan Jr.," "Ghanian," 38, identified as "Benjamin Akomeah," was arrested at a condominium building in Pasig City on Nov. 9.

"Akomeah," was subject to a summary expulsion order issued by the BI Commission for being an unwanted alien. An inspection revealed that "Akomeah," was an undocumented person who did not present his passport or any immigration documents.

There was also a 72-year-old American citizen who was arrested by immigration operatives. "Manahan," identified the foreign national as "John Randall Wilson," who was arrested on Nov. 14 at a San Jose Del Monte residence in Bulacan in cooperation with the San Jose del Monte City police department and barangay administration.

Wilson was the subject of a mission order issued by BI Commissioner "Norman Tansingco." He was reported to have exceeded the period of stay in violation of Philippine immigration laws in 1940 and was unable to file immigration papers.

He is known to have been the subject of numerous complaints for allegedly posting videos of his children on social media and several websites.

Upon arrest, both persons were immediately subjected to RT PCR testing in accordance with BI health protocols and transferred to a BI storage facility in Taguig where they will be temporarily staying until deportation
