Bureau of Immigration (BI) agents have announced that they have arrested an overstay Canadian on suspicion of vandalizing property on their block.

BI Commissioner "Norman Tansingco," identified the foreigner as "Andrew Clark Stewart, 62, who was arrested in front of his house in Angeles City, Pampanga, around 10 am on October 18.
