"Tansingco"는 순위에서 등장한 최초의 임명 위원입니다. 2007년부터 2017년까지 BI에서 근무했으며 비서실장, 국장 기술 지원, BI 특별 조사 위원회 변호사 등 여러 핵심 직책을 역임했습니다.

공인 회계사이며 1991년 필리핀 변호사 자격증을 취득했습니다.

“우리는 전자 서비스와 무인 거래를 통해 사무국을 현대화하는 방법을 찾고 있습니다. 이를 통해 기관의 위상을 높일 뿐만 아니라 부패의 기회를 제거함으로써 불법 행위를 억제할 수 있다”고 말했다.

그는 “82세의 필리핀 이민이 현대 사회에 적응하는 데 도움이 되는 조치라는 것을 업데이트하는 새로운 이민법을 추진할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.

[9.18] The BI Modernization Priorities – "Tansingco"

MANILA, Philippines—the Bureau of Immigration (BI) welcomed on Thursday "Norman G.Tansingco" as the new Commissioner.

He is a certified public accountant and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1991.

“We are looking for ways to modernize the Bureau through e-services and man-less transactions. This not only raises the level of the agency but also we deter illegal activity by eliminating opportunities for corruption,” said "Tansingco." 

“We will be pushing for the new immigration law that will update the 82-year-old Philippine immigration is a measure to help us adapt to the modern world,” he added.
