이민국(BI)은 절도 및 금융 사기에 가담한 혐의로 도쿄 당국이 지명 수배한 일본인을 체포했다고 발표했습니다.

이민 국장 "Norman Tansingco"는 체포된 외계인 도망자가 1월 9일 Roxas Blvd에서 체포된 26세의 "Risa Yamada"라고 밝혔습니다. Pasay City의 BI의 FSU(Fugitive Search Unit) 요원.

"Tansingco"는 그녀의 범죄 혐의에 대해 재판을 받을 수 있도록 그녀를 일본으로 추방하려는 마닐라의 일본 당국의 요청에 따라 "야마다"를 체포하라는 사절 명령을 내렸다고 말했습니다.

[1.12] BI agents nab Jap woman wanted for theft in Tokyo

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has announced that it has arrested a Japanese national wanted by Tokyo authorities on suspicion of participating in a theft and financial fraud.

Immigration Director "Norman Tansingco," has revealed that the arrested alien fugitive is 26-year-old "Risa Yamada," who was arrested on Jan. 9 at Roxas Blvd. BI's FSU (Fugitive Search Unit) agent from Pasay City.

"Tansingco," said he issued a mission order for "Yamada’s" arrest at the request of Japanese authorities in Manila which sought her deportation to Japan so she could stand trial for her alleged crimes.

“She will be deported after our board of commissioners issues the order for her summary deportation. She will then be deported and perpetually banned from re-entering the country for being an undesirable alien,” the BI chief said.

According to BI-FSU Chief "Rendel Sy," "Yamada," is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the Tokyo Summary Court on Sept. 15, 2022, where she was indicted for the crime of theft.

Reports state that "Yamada," conspired with other suspects in stealing the data from the ATM cards of their victims whom they were able to defraud by posing bank employees and police officers.
