The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will no longer implement the No Contact Absion Policy (NCAP) in light of Supreme Court Spokesperson Brian Keith Hosaka's statement that the agency will be covered by the SC's interim restraining order on NCAP implementation.
