마닐라 - 지방 기상청 PAGASA는 열대성 사이클론 플로리타가 약간 강해진 후 카가얀 계곡 지역과 오로라 지역 일부 지역에 열대성 사이클론 풍신호 1호를 발령했습니다.

오후 5시입니다. PAGASA는 일요일 일기예보에 플로리타가 카가얀의 투게가라오 시에서 동쪽으로 540km 떨어진 곳에 마지막으로 위치해 중심부 근처에서 시속 55km의 지속된 바람과 시속 70km의 돌풍을 채웠다고 말했습니다.

열대성 사이클론 풍속 신호 #1이 다음 지역에 대해 제기되었습니다.

- 오로라의 북쪽 부분(딜라사그)입니다.

신호 1번 구역은 36시간 이내에 30~60kph의 바람이 불거나 간헐적으로 비가 내릴 수 있습니다.

플로리타는 앞으로 12시간 동안 남서쪽으로 크게 이동한 후 월요일 아침까지 서쪽으로 방향을 틀 것으로 예상됩니다.

화요일까지 카가얀 근처나 이사벨라 북부 지역에 상륙할 것으로 예상됩니다.

PAGASA는 또한 플로리타가 월요일 오전이나 오후까지 열대성 폭풍으로 확대될 수 있으며, 상륙 전에 최고 속도는 시속 75km에 이를 수 있다고 말했습니다.

루손 북부를 횡단한 후에는 약간 약해질 수 있지만, 열대성 폭풍 범주 내에 머물 것으로 예상됩니다.

MANILA - Provincial Meteorological Agency PAGASA has issued Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 for parts of the Cagayan Valley Region and the Aurora Region area after a slight intensification of tropical cyclone Florita.

It's 5 pm. On Sunday's weather forecast, PAGASA said Florita was last located 540 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City in Cagayan, filling sustained winds of up to 55 kilometers per hour near the center and gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 has been raised for the following areas:

- northern portion of Aurora (Dilasag)

- eastern portion of Isabela (Dinapigue, Palanan, Divilacan, Maconacon, San Pablo, Cabagan, Tumauini, Ilagan City, San Mariano)

- eastern portion of Cagayan (Peñablanca, Baggao)

Areas under Signal No. 1 may experience winds of 30 to 60 kph or intermittent rains within 36 hours.

It can also do damage to some houses made of very light materials, and may break twigs of small trees, tilt banana plants and damage plants and eaves of  trees. 

PAGASA said Florita could dim the light from  occasional heavy rains in Cagayan, Isabela, Batanes and Aurora from Monday morning to afternoon.

From Monday night to Tuesday night, occasional torrential rains may also occur in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Cordillera and Ilocos regions.

Under these circumstances, rain landslides are expected, interspersed with flooding and widespread flooding, especially in prone areas to flooding and landslides. 

Florita is expected to move largely southwest over the next 12 hours before turning west until Monday morning.

It is expected to landfall in the vicinity of Cagayan or the northern portion of Isabela by Tuesday.

PAGASA also said Florita could escalate into a tropical storm by Monday morning or afternoon, with peaks reaching 75 kph before landing.

It may slightly weaken after crossing northern Luzon, but is expected to remain within the tropical storm category.
