마닐라 -- 심각한 열대성 폭풍인 플로리타가 필리핀을 떠나 화요일에 루손의 다른 지역들이 침수되었다고 주 기상청이 말했습니다.

오전 5시 예보에서, PAGASA는 플로리타가 오전 4시 칼라얀 카가얀에서 서쪽으로 약 335km 떨어진 곳에서 목격됐으며, 북서쪽으로 30km/h의 행군 동안 중심부 근처에서 115km의 돌풍이 최대 95km의 지속된 바람을 채웠다고 말했습니다.

"우리는 플로리타에서 오는 비가 하루 종일 점차 약해질 것으로 예상합니다. 그러나 위험 지도에서 식별된 바와 같이, 특히 이러한 위험에 높거나 매우 취약할 수 있는 지역과 상당한 비가 내리는 지역에서 산발적인 홍수와 비에 의한 산사태가 여전히 예상되고 있습니다."라고 PAGASA는 말했습니다.

기상청은 남서 몬순 또는 "하바갓"이 여전히 루손 중부 및 남부 서부 지역에 비를 몰고 올 수 있다고 말했습니다.

MANILA -- A severe tropical storm, Florita, left the Philippines responsible for flooding other parts of Luzon on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

In a 5 a.m. forecast, PAGASA said Florita was seen about 335 kilometers west of calayan Cagayan at 4 a.m., and 115 kilometers of gusts filled up to 95 kilometers of sustained winds near the center during a 30 kp/h northwestward march.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is still valid for:

-Batanes

-the Babuyan Islands

-Western portion of mainland Cagayan (Claveria, Santa Praxedes, Sanchez-Mira, Pamplona, Abulug, Ballesteros, Allacapan, Aparri, Lasam, Santo Niño, Rizal)

-Apayao

-Abra

-Western portion of Kalinga (Balbalan, Pasil, Tinglayan)

-Western portion of Mountain Province (Bauko, Tadian, Besao, Sagada, Sabangan, Bontoc, Sadanga)

-Northern and western portions of Benguet (Mankayan, Bakun, Kibungan, Kapangan, Tublay, La Trinidad, Sablan, Tuba, Baguio City, Atok)

-Ilocos Norte

-Ilocos Sur

-La Union

On Wednesday, there will be heavy rain in the Ilocos, Abra, and Benguet regions, while the rest of the Cordillera administration will occasionally see heavy rain.

"We expect that the rainfall from Florita will gradually weaken throughout the day. However, scattered flooding (including flash flooding) and rain-induced landslides are still expected, especially in areas that maybe high or very vulnerable to these risks, as identified on the hazard map, and in areas with significant rainfall," said PAGASA.

The weather agency said the southwest monsoon or "Habagat" could still bring rain to central Luzon and the western part of the south. 

"There will be strong winds in any of the areas where Wind Signal 1 is currently in effect," he said.

The weather bureau  said gusts from Mimaropa, Metro Manila, cavite, quezon, Bulacan, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Aurora, Cordillera administrative districts and Cagayan Valley to strong winds could still occur.

PAGASA predicts Florida will land in southern China on Thursday.
