오전 5시 열대성 저기압 공보에서 필리핀 대기, 지구 물리학 및 천문 서비스국(PAGASA)은 "헨리"의 눈 중심이 마지막으로 360km로 추정되었다고 밝혔습니다. Itbayat, Batanes의 동북동쪽으로 천천히 북쪽으로 이동하고 있습니다.

중심 부근의 최대 지속 풍속은 시속 150km, 돌풍은 시속 185km로 일요일 오전 2시경 필리핀 책임지역(PAR)을 벗어날 것으로 예상된다.

2번 열대성 사이클론 바람 신호는 Batanes 상공에서 발령되었으며 신호 1호는 Babuyan 제도와 Cagayan 본토의 북동부 부분에 발령되었습니다.

한편 PAGASA는 "Henry"의 물마루와 남서부에 의해 가져온 Metro Manila, Ilocos 지역, Cagayan Valley의 나머지 지역, Cordillera 지역, Central Luzon, Calabarzon 및 Occidental Mindoro에 산발적인 소나기와 뇌우를 동반한 흐린 하늘을 예보했습니다. 몬순 또는 "하바갓".

나머지 지역은 부분적으로 구름이 많거나 구름이 많이 끼는 가운데 구름이 많이 끼거나 뇌우가 내리겠습니다.

[9.3] Cloudy skies, and rains in PH as ‘Henry’ slowly moves to north

MANILA – Most parts of the country will have cloudy skies and some rains on Saturday, and some areas are seen to experience stormy weather due to Typhoon Henry.

In the  5 a.m. tropical cyclone bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the center of the eye of “Henry” was last estimated at 360 km. east-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes and is slowly moving northward.

It has maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph and is forecast to have left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by 2 a.m. on Sunday.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 has been hoisted over Batanes while Signal No. 1 has been raised over the Babuyan Islands and the northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.

Meanwhile, PAGASA forecast cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Metro Manila, the Ilocos region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera region, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, and Occidental Mindoro, brought by the trough of “Henry” and the southwest monsoon or “habagat”.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 24°C to 29°C; Laoag City, 25°C to 29°C; Legazpi City, 27°C to 32°C; Metro Cebu, 27°C to 33°C; and Metro Davao, 26°C to 33°C. (PNA)
