마닐라 – 태풍 힌남노르(구 태풍 헨리)는 일요일 오전 1시 40분에 필리핀 책임 지역을 벗어났지만 여전히 남서 몬순 또는 "하바갓"을 강화할 것으로 예상됩니다.

필리핀 대기, 지구 물리학 및 천문 서비스국(PAGASA)은 오전 5시 게시판에서 "Hinnamnor"가 현재 Batanes의 Itbayat 북동쪽 565km 지점에 있으며 중심 부근에서 최대 시속 150km의 바람이 불고 최대 시속 185km의 돌풍이 불고 있다고 밝혔습니다.

힌남노르호는 동중국해 상공에서 대체로 북상 또는 북북서 방향으로 이동할 것으로 예보됐다.

기상청은 이 지역이 보통에서 때때로 폭우로 인해 돌발 홍수나 산사태가 발생할 수 있다고 경고했습니다.

[9.4] ‘Henry’ leaves PAR, but will continue to bring rains over Luzon

MANILA – Typhoon Hinnamnor (formerly Typhoon Henry) exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility at 1:40 a.m. Sunday but still expected to enhance southwest monsoon or “habagat”.

In its 5 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said “Hinnamnor” is now 565 kilometers north northeast of Itbayat, Batanes with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185 kph.

It said “Hinnamnor” is forecast to move generally northward or north northwestward over the East China Sea.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Batanes, The Babuyan Islands, Abra, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, and Occidental Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to trough of “Hinnamnor” and southwest monsoon.

These areas, the weather bureau said, are warned against possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Davao and Soccsksargen regions will also have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to intertropical convergence zone that may also cause possible flash floods or landslides.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to “habagat” or localized thunderstorms.

“Despite the lifting of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals, the enhanced southwest monsoon, its convergence with typhoon circulation, and the channeling of winds within the Luzon Straight will continue bringing strong winds (strong breeze to near gale strength) with guts reaching gale-force strengthen at times over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands today,” the PAGASA said.
