마닐라 - 금요일에 뇌우가 라구나 카부야오 일부 지역에 홍수를 일으켜 교통 체증을 일으키고 통근자들의 고통을 악화시켰습니다.

카부야오 시 재난위험경감관리국은 오후 7시 현재 페트론살라 근처에서 무릎까지 오는 홍수가 보고되어 경자동차가 통행할 수 없다고 밝혔습니다.

차량은 또한 허리 깊이의 홍수에 잠긴 후 Cabuyao Bayan의 스트레치를 통과할 수 없었습니다.

Niugan에서 Banay-banay, Cabuyao-Santa Rosa 경계, Cabuyao Baybayin 및 Pulo 신호등 근처까지 홍수, 도보 교통 및 좌초 차량으로 인해 교통량이 많았습니다.

주 기상청 PAGASA는 Laguna와 Zambales, Laguna, Bataan, Cavite 및 Rizal에 번개와 강한 바람을 동반한 보통에서 호우가 내릴 것으로 예상했습니다.

메트로 마닐라, 불라칸, 팜팡가, 바탕가스, 딸락, 케손 주에 번개와 강한 바람을 동반한 집중호우가 계속될 것으로 예상됩니다.

[9.10]  Thunderstorm triggered flooding in Cabuyao, Laguna

MANILA - A thunderstorm triggered flooding in parts of Cabuyao, Laguna, causing heavy traffic and worsening commuter woes on Friday.

Cabuyao City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said that as of 7 p.m, knee-deep floodwater was reported near Petron-Sala, making it impassable to light vehicles. 

Vehicles were also unable to pass the stretch of Cabuyao Bayan after it was submerged in a waist-deep flood.

Heavy traffic was also experienced in Niugan to Banay-banay, Cabuyao-Santa Rosa boundary, Cabuyao Baybayin, and near Pulo Stoplight due to flooding, foot traffic, and stranded vehicles.

State weather agency PAGASA said that moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds were expected over Laguna as well as Zambales, Laguna, Bataan, Cavite, and Rizal.

Heavy to intense rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected to persist in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga, Batangas, Tarlac and Quezon province.
