[10.4] Isolated rain showers to prevail across PH

MANILA - Most parts of the country will experience localized thunderstorms and isolated showers from the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao, the weather bureau said on Tuesday.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), no low-pressure areas or tropical cyclones are expected to affect the Philippines.

The east will cause sporadic showers and thunderstorms in the regions of Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.

Heavy rains can usually cause flash floods and landslides in this area.

The rest of the region will be partly cloudy or cloudy.

Normal winds and calm seas prevail in northern and central Luzon.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate and the seas will be slightly moderate, PAGASA said. (PNA)
