마닐라 - 무역산업부(DTI)는 공정거래단속국(FTEB)의 검사 업무를 근거로 지난 9월 국내에서 인증되지 않은 제품의 회수에 대한 집행권을 강화했다.

DTI는 화요일 단속반이 세부에서 1,478만 PHP에 달하는 미인증 자동차 타이어, 강관, 이형철강, 저탄소 강선 81,649개를 적발했다고 밝혔다.

약 1,765개의 인증되지 않은 발광 다이오드(LED) 램프, 가소화 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 전기 테이프, 플러그, 콘센트, 스냅 스위치, BI/GI 강관, 저탄소 강선, 음용수 공급용 파이프(uPVC), uPVC 경질 전기 도관, 세라믹 배관 설비(위생 제품), 납산 배터리, 타이어용 내부 튜브 및 PHP830,520 상당의 자동차 타이어도 지난달 다바오 델 노르테에서 단속되었습니다.

Bulacan의 Malolos와 Meycauayan 시에서 DTI는 1,630만 PHP 상당의 인증되지 않은 저탄소 강선, 자동차 타이어 및 납산 배터리 1,472개를 발견했습니다.

FTEB가 조사한 37개 회사 중 23개가 필리핀 표준 인증 마크 제도를 준수하지 않는 것으로 밝혀져 위반 사실을 통보받았습니다.

“DTI와 도 및 지역 사무소는 인증된 제품만 시장에서 판매되도록 하는 하나입니다. 따라서 정상적인 기능의 일부로 모든 집행 팀은 필수 인증에 따라 제품을 확인하기 위해 정기적으로 외출합니다." DTI 소비자 보호 그룹의 차관인 "Ruth Castelo"가 말했습니다.

"Castelo" DTI의 시장 모니터링은 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 소비자 제품만 시장에서 판매될 수 있도록 보장합니다.

식품의약품안전처는 올해 1월부터 8월까지 제품 인증 의무화 프로그램을 준수하지 않는 제품 11만3825개를 단속했다. 이 제품은 PHP34.35백만에 도달했습니다.

[10.4] DTI strengthens crackdown on uncertified products

MANILA - The Department of Trade Industries (DTI) strengthened the enforcement powers to withdraw products not certified in the country in September based on the inspection work of the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB).

The DTI said on Tuesday's enforcement team cracked down on 81,649 uncertified car tires, Steel pipes, deformed steel bars, and low-carbon steel wire amounting to 14.78 million PHP from Cebu.

Approximately 1,765 uncertified light-emitting diode (LED) lamps, plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) electrical tape, plugs, outlets, snap switches, BI/GI steel pipes, low-carbon steel wires, pipes for drinking water supply (uPVC ), uPVC rigid electrical conduits, ceramic plumbing fixtures (sanitary products), lead-acid batteries, inner tubes for tires, and car tires worth of PHP830,520 were also cracked down in Davao del Norte last month.

In the cities of Malolos and Meycauayan, Bulacan, DTI found 1,472 uncertified low-carbon steel wires, car tires, and lead-acid batteries worth PHP 1.63 million.

Of the 37 companies investigated by the FTEB, 23 were found to be non-compliant with the Philippine Standard Certification Mark Schemes and were notified of violations.

“The DTI and the provincial and regional offices are one to ensure that only certified products are sold in the market. Therefore, as part of their normal functioning, all enforcement teams regularly go out to check the products under the mandatory certification," DTI Undersecretary for Consumer Protection Group "Ruth Castelo" said.
