마닐라 - 슈퍼 태풍 Josie가 필리핀 지역을 떠나 일본으로 향하고 있다고 PAGASA가 금요일 늦게 밝혔습니다.

오후 11시 게시판에서 PAGASA는 Josie가 최근 230개의 돌풍과 함께 중심 근처에서 최대 지속 바람이 185km/h인 극북 Luzon 북쪽 동쪽 북동쪽 1,375km를 목격했다고 말했습니다.

주 기상국은 열대성 저기압의 중심이 슈퍼 태풍이 된 지 2시간 만인 오후 10시에 PAR을 떠났다고 밝혔습니다.

비록 그것이 PAR을 떠났지만, Josie에 의해 강화된 남서 몬순(하바갓)은 여전히 서부 비사야 산맥과 남부 루손의 서부 부분에 몬순 비를 가져올 수 있습니다.

"향후 24시간 동안, Josie에 의해 강화된 남서 몬순으로 인해 강풍에서 거의 강풍에 이르는 강풍 조건이 Visayas, Mimaropa 및 Bicol 지역에서 (특히 해안 및 산악/고산지 지역) 경험될 것입니다." 파가사가 말했다.

[9.17] The Super typhoon "Josie" has exited PAR and heading to Japan

MANILA - Super typhoon Josie has left the Philippine area of responsibility and is heading for Japan, PAGASA said late on Friday.

In the 11 pm bulletin, PAGASA said Josie was recently sighted 1,375 km east northeast of extreme northern Luzon packing maximum sustained winds of 185 kph near the center with 230 gusts.

The state weather bureau said the center of the tropical cyclone left the PAR at 10 p.m., two hours after it became a super typhoon.

Although it has left the PAR, the southwest monsoon (habagat) enhanced by Josie may still bring monsoon rains over Western Visayas and portions of the western section of Southern Luzon. 

"In the next 24 hours, occasional gusty conditions reaching strong breeze to near-gale strength due to the southwest monsoon enhanced by Josie will be experienced (especially in the coastal and mountainous/upland areas) over Visayas, Mimaropa, and Bicol Region," PAGASA said.
