일본 공영 방송인 NHK는 일요일 태풍 난마돌이 일본에 접근함에 따라 일본 남부 규슈에 거주하는 200만 명의 주민들에게 대피령이 내려졌다고 보도했습니다.

사람들은 이 지역에 강한 바람, 폭풍 해일, 집중 호우에 대해 경고했습니다.

[9.19] PAL has canceled Japan flights due to bad weather

MANILA – The Philippine Airlines (PAL) has canceled six flights to and from Japan scheduled for Monday due to the bad weather.

These flights were: 

 PR 438/437 Manila-Nagoya-Manila;

 PR 426/425 Manila-Fukuoka-Manila; and

 PR 412/411 Manila-Osaka-Manila.

The Manila International Airport Authority said as of 9 a.m. on Monday, no other carrier has canceled the flights between Japan and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

On Sunday, public broadcaster NHK reported that 2 million residents of Japan's southern island of Kyushu have been warned to evacuate as Typhoon Nanmadol approaches the country.

People were warned against high winds, storm surges, and torrential rains in the region.

The Japanese government has advised people in the affected areas to find alternative accommodations that can withstand extreme weather. (PNA)
