마닐라- 교통부(DOTr) 도로 부문은 버스의 효율적인 이동과 승객의 수송을 보장하기 위해 Edsa Busway 시스템의 13개 정류장에 신호 랜턴이 있는 타이머를 설치했습니다.

금요일 페이스북 게시물에서 DOTr은 타이머가 2자리 타이머가 있는 3개의 측면 신호 랜턴, 기둥, 조명 및 센서 카드 및 루프 센서가 있는 신호등 로컬 컨트롤러를 가지고 있다고 말했습니다.

“각 버스는 이 역에서 승객을 태우거나 내리는 데 최대 30초의 시간이 할당됩니다. 다음 버스가 도착하면 타이머가 자동으로 재설정됩니다.

최대 적재 및 하역 시간은 Inter-Transportation Commission 및 Metropolitan Manila Development Authority의 권고에 따라 나중에 수정되거나 변경될 수 있습니다.

수요일부터 다음 역에서 버스타이머가 운영되고 있습니다:

Monumento, Manila Central University, Bagong Barrio in Caloocan City. Balintawak, Muñoz, North MRT, Quezon Avenue MRT, Q-Mart Main, Avenue-Cubao in Quezon City; Ortigas MRT in Pasig City; Guadalupe MRT and Gil Puyat in Makati City. Taft Avenue and Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City.

DOTr은 운영 승인을 받은 550대 중 매일 406대만 운영자가 파견한다고 보고했습니다.

[9.23] The Edsa Busway station timer ensures efficient transport: DOTr

MANILA- The Department of Transportation (DOTr) road segment has installed timers with signal lanterns at 13 stops of the Edsa Busway system to ensure efficient movement of buses and transportation of passengers.

In a Facebook post on Friday, the DOTr said the timers have three side signal lanterns with two-digit timers, poles, lights, and traffic light local controllers with sensor cards and loop sensors. 

“Each bus will be assigned a maximum time of 30 seconds to burn or disembark passengers at this station. The timer will automatically reset when the next bus arrives.

Maximum loading and unloading times may be later amended or changed by the recommendations of the Inter-Transportation Commission and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority.

Bus timers have been operating at the following stations since Wednesday:

Monumento, Manila Central University, Bagong Barrio in Caloocan City. Balintawak, Muñoz, North MRT, Quezon Avenue MRT, Q-Mart Main, Avenue-Cubao in Quezon City; Ortigas MRT in Pasig City; Guadalupe MRT and Gil Puyat in Makati City. Taft Avenue and Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City.

The DOTr similarly reported that out of 550 units approved to operate, only 406 units are dispatched by operators daily.

Bus operators using the busway must place 100 percent of their units.

“Having more buses on the Edsa Busway means a more efficient and convenient transport service for  Metro Manila residents and workers who ride this bus every day,” the DOTr said.

DOTr Secretary "Jaime Bautista," said in a previous interview that the Edsa Busway and Metro Rail Transit-3, as well as the improved service on the bicycle lanes, will encourage drivers to leave their vehicles and use alternative modes of transport. (PNA)
