필리핀 대기, 지구 물리학 및 천문 서비스국(PAGASA)은 오전 5시 기상 예보에서 LPA 목표가 동부 비사야 제도와 카라가에 산발적인 소나기와 뇌우를 가져올 수 있다고 밝혔습니다.

남서 몬순으로 인해 옥시덴탈 민도로와 팔라완에 때때로 폭우가 내릴 것으로 예상됩니다.

정기적 또는 간헐적인 폭우로 인해 지역에서 돌발 홍수 및 산사태가 발생할 수 있습니다.

나머지 지역은 뇌우로 인해 소나기가 내리겠습니다.

루손의 북부와 서부 지역은 중부에서 불어오는 강한 바람과 중부에서 불어오는 거친 바다가 우세합니다.

[9.28] LPA of N. Luzon East May Develop into Tropical Cyclone

MANILA - A low-pressure area (LPA) 1,240km east of the extreme in northern Luzon could develop into a tropical cyclone within the next 48 hours, the weather bureau said on Wednesday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in a 5 a.m. weather forecast that the LPA goal could bring sporadic showers and thunderstorms to the eastern Visayas and Caraga.

Due to the southwest monsoon, heavy rains are expected at times in Occidental Mindoro and Palawan.

Sudden floods and landslides can occur in areas due to regular or occasional heavy rains.

The rest of the area will be showered due to local thunderstorms.

Strong winds from the middle and rough seas from the middle prevail in the northern and western areas of Luzon.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate and the seas will be slightly moderate, PAGASA said. (PNA)
