MANILA - Manila International Airport Authority said at least four domestic flights were canceled due to bad weather on Tuesday afternoon.

This flight is Philippine Airlines (PAL) Express (2P) 2932/2933 Manila-Basco-Manila. and Cebu Pacific (5J) 196/197 Manila-Cauayan-Manila.
