[10.25] ITCZ keeps raining all over PH.

MANILA -The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affects Alawan, Visayas Mindanao, and will continue with sporadic showers and thunderstorms across most of the country.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday that moderate or occasional heavy rains in the area could result in flash floods or landslides.

Meanwhile, shear lines also cause sporadic showers and thunderstorms, flash floods, and landslides in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quirino.

Isolated light rains prevail over the Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of the Cagayan Valley, and the rest of Central Luzon.

Isolated showers from local thunderstorms are experienced across Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon.

Rough seas are expected on the northern, western, and eastern coasts of Northern Luzon.

PAGASA advised fishing boats and other small vessels not to be attacked by the sea, and larger vessels were cautioned against large waves.
