마닐라 – 루손 북부 극단에 영향을 미치는 북동쪽 지표풍과 저기압 지역(LPA)의 기압골로 인해 전국 일부 지역에 소나기가 내릴 것이라고 기상청이 월요일 밝혔습니다.

필리핀 대기지구물리천문국(PAGASA)의 오벳 바드리나(Obet Badrina)는 "마지막으로 중앙 루손에서 서쪽으로 980km 떨어진 곳을 추적한 LPA는 아시아 본토를 향해 이동하고 있기 때문에 국가에 영향을 미치지 않을 것으로 예상된다"고 말했다.

그러나 PAGASA는 LPA의 기압골이 팔라완 전역에 산발적인 소나기와 뇌우를 가져올 것이라고 예측했습니다.

보통 수준에서 폭우가 내리면 돌발 홍수와 산사태가 발생할 수 있습니다.

북동쪽 지표풍으로 인해 Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela 및 Apayao에 고립된 가벼운 비가 예상됩니다.

나머지 전국에는 국지적인 뇌우로 인해 고립된 소나기가 내리겠습니다.

한편, 북부와 중부 루손 지역에는 중간에서 강한 바람, 중간에서 거친 바다가 지배할 것입니다. 강풍 경보는 발령되지 않았습니다.

PAGASA는 다른 곳에서는 바람이 약하거나 보통 정도일 것이며 바다도 약간 또는 보통 정도일 것이라고 말했습니다. (PNA)

[10.16] 2 weather systems to bring rain showers over parts of PH

MANILA – The northeasterly surface wind flow affecting extreme Northern Luzon, and the trough of a low pressure area (LPA) will cause rain showers over parts of the country, the weather bureau said Monday.

"The LPA last tracked 980 kilometers west of Central Luzon is not expected to affect the country because it is moving towards mainland Asia," Obet Badrina of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

PAGASA, however, predicted the LPA's trough to bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan.

Moderate to heavy rains may result in flash floods and landslides.

Isolated light rains are forecast over Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela and Apayao due to the northeasterly surface windflow.

The rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon. No gale warning was issued.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
