[10.17] BOC intel group lauded for high complaint resolution rate

MANILA – Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner "Bienvenido Rubio" recognized the hard work and dedication of its Intelligence Group (IG) for its high resolution and compliance rates in addressing concerns coursed through the Citizens’ Charter Complaint Center.

The IG, headed by Deputy Commissioner "Juvymax Uy," received a certificate of commendation during Monday’s flag-raising rites at the BOC grounds in South Harbor Port Area, Manila.

"Rubio" said the BOC obtained a compliance rate of 91.13 percent for the 72-hour compliance period, and an overall resolution rate of 96.55 percent from January to June this year, in compliance with Executive Order (EO) No. 6 Series 2016.

The EO aims to further bolster the government's efforts against corruption, reduce red tape and expedite transactions in the government.
