필리핀 대기지구물리천문국(PAGASA)은 오전 4시 기상 예보를 통해 메트로 마닐라, 비사야, 민다나오, 비콜 지역, 미마로파, 칼라바르존 지역에 산발적인 소나기와 천둥번개를 동반한 흐린 하늘이 있을 것으로 예상된다고 밝혔습니다.

루손의 나머지 지역에는 부분적으로 흐리거나 흐린 하늘에 소나기나 천둥번개를 동반한 비가 내리겠습니다.

전국적으로 약~보통의 바다와 약~보통의 바람이 불겠습니다.

한편 PAGASA는 필리핀 책임 지역(PAR) 외부에서 활성 열대 저기압을 모니터링하고 있습니다.

오전 3시 현재 태풍 볼라벤의 예상 거리는 2,310km이다. 루손 남동부 동쪽은 최대 지속 풍속 155kph, 돌풍 최대 190kph, 시속 15kph로 북북서쪽으로 이동합니다.

[10.11] Trough of LPA to bring scattered rains over most parts of PH

MANILA – The trough of the low pressure area located 750 km. east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar will brings rains over most parts of the country, the weather bureau said on Wednesday.

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are forecast over Metro Manila, the Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol Region, Mimaropa, and Calabarzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 4 a.m. weather bulletin.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of Luzon.

The whole country will experience light to moderate wind conditions with slight to moderate seas.

Meanwhile, PAGASA is monitoring an active tropical cyclone outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

As of 3 a.m., Typhoon Bolaven is estimated at 2,310 km. east of southeastern Luzon packing maximum sustained winds of 155 kph, gustiness of up to 190 kph, and moving north northwestward at 15 kph.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 25°C to 31°C; Baguio City, 17°C to 25°C; Laoag City, 25°C to 33°C; Legazpi City, 25°C to 30°C; Metro Cebu, 24°C to 31°C; Puerto Princesa City, 26°C to 31°C; and Metro Davao, 25°C to 32°C. (PNA)
