필리핀 대기지구물리천문청(PAGASA)은 오전 4시 기상 예보를 통해 LPA 기압골로 인해 옥시덴탈 민도로와 팔라완 북부 지역에 산발적인 소나기와 뇌우를 동반한 흐린 하늘이 나타날 것이라고 밝혔습니다.

PAGASA는 중간 정도의 폭우로 인해 이 지역에서 돌발 홍수나 산사태가 발생할 수 있다고 경고했습니다.

한편, 바타네스(Batanes), 카가얀(Cagayan), 이사벨라(Isabela), 아파야오(Apayao), 아브라(Abra)는 북동쪽 지표풍으로 인해 부분적으로 흐리고 흐린 하늘과 약간의 비가 내립니다.

메트로 마닐라와 나머지 국가는 LPA 기압골과 국지적인 뇌우로 인해 소나기나 천둥번개를 동반한 부분적으로 흐리거나 흐린 하늘을 보이겠습니다.

보통에서 강한 바람이 북부 루손 지역과 중간에서 거친 연안 해역에서 느껴질 것이며, 나머지 지역에서는 약간에서 중간 정도의 바다와 함께 가볍거나 중간 정도의 바람을 경험할 것입니다.

[10.13] LPA to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over most parts of PH

MANILA - Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms will prevail over most parts of the country due to the low-pressure area (LPA) located 305 km. west of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, the weather bureau said Friday.

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the trough of the LPA will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Occidental Mindoro and the northern portion of Palawan.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas due to moderate to at times heavy rains, PAGASA warned.

Meanwhile, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, and Abra will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the trough of the LPA and localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds will be felt over Northern Luzon, along with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 24°C to 31°C; Baguio City, 17°C to 25°C; Laoag City, 25°C to 31°C; Legazpi City, 25°C to 32°C; Metro Cebu, 26°C to 32°C; Puerto Princesa City, 25°C to 31°C; and Metro Davao, 26°C to 34°C. (PNA)
