마닐라 — 심각한 열대성 폭풍 플로리타로 인해 화요일 오후에 가벼운 비가 계속 내리고 있는 가운데 마리키나 강의 수위가 첫 경보 수위에 도달했습니다.

오후 4시 38분 현재 강의 수위는 15m로 마리키나시티 구조대 페이스북 라이브에 나와 있습니다.

15미터 높이의 수위가 첫 번째 경보를 발령합니다. 즉, 인근 지역의 주민들은 대피할 수 있는 상황에 대비해야 합니다.

마리키나 공보실에 따르면 망가한 범람로로 통하는 8개의 수문이 모두 열렸습니다.

오후 4시 현재 마리키나 소방국은 도시에서 발생한 어떠한 홍수 사건도 감시하지 않고 있다고 말했습니다.

메트로 마닐라의 공립학교에서는 모든 수준에서 일과 수업이 중단되었으며 북부 루손으로 향하는 플로리타 배럴로 주를 선택합니다.

MANILA — The water level at the Marikina River has reached the first alarm level amid continuous light to moderate rains on Tuesday afternoon due to severe tropical storm Florita.

The river’s water level was at 15 meters as of 4:38 p.m., as shown on the Facebook Live of Marikina City Rescue 161. 

A 15-meter water level prompts the first alarm — which means residents in nearby areas should prepare for possible evacuation.

All eight floodgates leading to the Manggahan Floodway have been opened, according to the Marikina Public Information Office.

As of 4 p.m., the Bureau of Fire Protection Marikina said it has not monitored any flooding incident in the city.

Work and classes have been suspended in all levels in public schools in Metro Manila and select provinces as Florita barrels toward northern Luzon.
