금요일 한 네티즌은 전날 밤 세부에 폭우가 쏟아진 뒤 침수된 지하 주차장에 차들이 떠다니는 영상을 공유했습니다.

지하실은 세부 시의 사우스 로드 부동산에 있는 한 건물에 있었습니다. 네티즌 "알랭 몬테스클라로스"의 오토바이를 포함하여 약 36대의 차량이 파손되었습니다.

"저는 그것을 저장했습니다, 저는 보험을 가지고 있지만, 저는 경영진이 그 번거로움에 대한 책임을 지기를 바랍니다,"라고 그는 말했습니다.

세부 재난 대응 부대는 금요일 필리핀 책임 지역의 저기압 지역에 의한 폭우 이후 여전히 비상이 걸렸습니다.

A netizen on Friday shared a video of cars floating in a flooded basement parking lot after a heavy downpour in Cebu the night before.

The basement was in a building at the South Road Properties in Cebu City. Around 36 cars were damaged, including netizen "Alain Montesclaros's" motorcycle. 

"I saved that, I have insurance but  I hope the management will be responsible for the hassle," he said.

Cebu disaster-response units were still on alert Friday following the downpour brought by a low-pressure area in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
