마닐라—국가 최고 정치 사무소 대부분은 예산 관리부가 월요일에 하원에 제출한 2023년 국가 예산에서 더 많은 자금을 받고 있습니다.

2023년 국가지출 프로그램에 따라 대통령실의 내년도 예산은 89억6900만 페소로 2022년 81억8000만 페소, 2021년 68억3300만 페소보다 약간 높습니다.

그 89억 6900만 페소의 경우, 54억 3800만 페소는 대통령 감독 프로그램에, 1억 4477만 페소는 대통령 자문 프로그램에, 1억 8197만 2000 페소는 대통령 법률 및 입법 서비스 프로그램에, 12억 7600만 페소는 대통령 행정 직원 서비스 프로그램에 사용될 것입니다.

한편 부통령실의 예산은 22억 9200만 페소를 받은 후 2023년에 3배 이상 증가했습니다. 그것은 22억 1천만 페소의 가치가 있는 "좋은 거버넌스 프로그램"을 가지고 있으며, 그 중 대부분은 유지 보수 및 기타 운영비로 지출될 것입니다.

레니 로브레도 전 부통령 시절 OVP는 2022년 7억203만5000페소, 2021년 9억1668만9000페소에 불과했습니다.

한편 사법부는 2022년 457억3500만 페소, 2021년 441억2800만 페소에서 2023년 514억2600만 페소가 배정됐습니다. 다만 2023년 정부지부 지출계획은 당초 728억7000만 페소보다 훨씬 낮습니다.

한편, 의회 전체적으로 2022년에 예산이 삭감되었습니다.

상원, 하원, 각 선거법정 및 임명위원회의 경우, 의회는 2022년 306억 3100만 페소, 2021년 230억 9500만 페소에서 2023년 258억 6900만 페소를 얻습니다. 원래 제안은 265억 8600만 페소였습니다.

상원은 2022년 74억8100만 페소, 2021년 43억1000만 페소에서 2023년 84억8000만 페소를 얻습니다.

하원도 2022년 215억7100만 페소, 2021년 175억5600만 페소에서 2023년 159억7200만 페소가 배정됐습니다.

MANILA—Most of the country’s Top political offices are getting more funds in the 2023 national budget, which the Department of Budget and Management submitted to the House of Representatives on Monday.

Under the 2023 National Expenditure Program, the Office of the President has an 8.969 billion pesos budget for next year, slightly higher than the 8.18 billion pesos in 2022 and the 6.833 billion pesos in 2021.

For that 8.969 billion pesos, 5.438 billion pesos will go to the Presidential Oversight Program, 144.77 million pesos to the Presidential Advisory Program, 181.972 million pesos to the Presidential Legal and Legislative Services Program, and 1.276 pesos billion to the Presidential Executive Staff Services Program.

The Office of the Vice President’s budget meanwhile rose more than thrice in 2023 after it got 2.292 billion pesos. It has a "good governance program", worth 2.201 billion pesos, majority of which will go to maintenance and other operating expenses. 

Under former Vice President Leni Robredo, the OVP only had 702.035 million pesos in 2022, and 916.689 million pesos in 2021.

The judiciary, meanwhile, was allotted 51.426  billion pesos in 2023, from 45.735 billion pesos in 2022 and 44.128 billion pesos in 2021. However, the 2023 spending plan for the government branch is much lower than the original which was 72.87 billion pesos.

Meanwhile, the Congress as a whole saw its budget go down in 2022.

For the Senate, the House of Representatives, their respective electoral tribunals and the Commission on Appointments, Congress gets 25.869 billion pesos in 2023, from 30.631 billion pesos in 2022 and 23.095 billion pesos in 2021. The original proposal was 26.586 billion pesos.

The Senate gets 8.48 billion pesos in 2023, from 7.481 billion pesos in 2022 and 4.31 billion pesos  in 2021.

The House of Representatives was also allotted 15.972  billion pesos in 2023, from 21.571 billion pesos in 2022 and 17.556 billion pesos in 2021.
