"Baggao"는 플로리타의 강한 비와 바람으로 인해 홍수가 발생하자 병원 1층에 있던 환자들이 대피했다고 덧붙였습니다. 그러나 병원 직원은 다치지 않았다고 그는 말했습니다.

"우리는 강한 비와 바람을 경험했고, 우리 병원은 물에 잠겼습니다. 환자들이 갇혀 있던 병원 1층 전체가 물에 잠겼습니다."라고 그가 말했습니다.

주 기상청 PAGASA는 화요일 오후 루손 지역의 수십 개 지역에서 열대성 사이클론 경고 신호를 유지하면서 플로리타가 약간 약해졌다고 말했습니다.

MANILA — Cagayan Valley Medical Center in Tuguegarao City treated 4 people who sustained injuries due to the effects of severe tropical storm Florita, a doctor said Tuesday.

"There were 4 patients rushed to the Hospital. aside from that, no additional patients were brought here," said Dr. "Glenn Matthew Baggao," the hospital's medical director.

"Baggao" told ABS-CBN's TeleRadyo that a 28-year-old resident wanted to save their carabao but he fell and was injured. The victim was brought to the emergency room and will undergo surgery, he said.

Another patient, sustained lacerations after a tree branch fell. A 10-year-old child was also injured due to a falling tree branch, the doctor said. The fourth patient, also a child, suffered a fractured hand.

"Baggao" added that patients on the hospital's first floor were evacuated following floods due to Florita's intense rains and winds. But no hospital staff was injured, he said.

"We've experienced intense rains and winds, and our hospital was flooded. The hospital's entire first floor ,where patients were confined, was flooded," he said.

Florita slightly weakened on Tuesday afternoon, state weather bureau PAGASA said as it retained tropical cyclone warning signals in dozens of Luzon areas.
