마닐라 – 필리핀 중앙은행(BSP) 28일물 증권의 금리가 금요일 국내 금리 인상에 따라 다시 상승했지만 부채 증서에 대한 수요는 여전했습니다.

지난 8월 26일 경매 당시 4.0260%에서 4.0596%로 상승한 BSP 지폐의 평균 가격.

BSP는 제안 수량을 1,000억 PHP로 유지했으며 경매 위원회는 전액 낙찰을 받았습니다. 총 입찰가는 1414억5000만 페소에 달했다.

성명서에서 BSP 부총재 "Francisco Dakila Jr." 이번 주 28일 증권 경매에서 수락된 수익률은 "3.8800~4.1000% 범위에서 크게 변하지 않았다"고 말했다.

그는 "BSP 어음 경매 결과 최근 BSP 정책금리 인상과 주요 중앙은행들의 긴축 지속 기대에 따른 단기 금리 조정에도 안정적인 유동성 여건을 보였다"고 말했다.

그는 중앙 은행의 "통화 운영은 최신 유동성 조건과 시장 발전에 대한 평가에 따라 계속 진행될 것"이라고 덧붙였다. (PNA)

[9.2] BSP 28-day securities rate sustains rise

MANILA – The rate of the Bank Central of the Philippines (BSP) 28-day securities rise anew on Friday in line with the rise in domestic interest rates but demand for the debt paper remained.

The average rate of the BSP bills increased to 4.0596 percent from 4.0260 percent during the auction last August 26.

The BSP kept the offer volume at PHP100 billion and the auction committee made a full award. Total bids reached 141.45 billion pesos.

In a statement, BSP Deputy Governor "Francisco Dakila Jr." said yields accepted in this week’s 28-day securities auction “remained broadly unchanged at a range of 3.8800-4.1000 percent.”

“The results of the BSP bill auction show stable liquidity conditions even as short-term interest rates adjust following the recent BSP policy rate hike as well as expectations of continued tightening from key central banks,” he said.

He added the central bank’s “monetary operations will remain guided by its assessment of the latest liquidity conditions and market developments.” (PNA)
