마닐라 -- 태풍 힌남노르는 이미 필리핀 책임지역(PAR)을 떠났지만, 하바갓이나 남서 몬순으로 인해 월요일에도 전국 일부 지역에는 여전히 비가 내릴 것이라고 주 기상청 PAGASA가 말했습니다.

PAGASA는 24시간 공개 일기 예보에서 Ilocos 지역, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Zambales 및 Bataan이 남서 몬순으로 인해 흩어진 소나기와 뇌우를 동반한 흐린 하늘이 있을 것이라고 말했습니다.

PAGASA에 따르면 이 지역에서는 보통에서 때때로 폭우로 인한 돌발 홍수 또는 산사태가 발생할 수 있습니다.

한편, 메트로 마닐라와 그 외 국가는 몬순 또는 국지적 뇌우로 인해 부분적으로 구름이 많거나 흐린 하늘에 단독 소나기 또는 뇌우가 내리겠습니다.

PAGASA는 심한 뇌우 동안 돌발 홍수나 산사태가 발생할 수 있다고 말했습니다.

일요일에 발표된 국가재난위험경감관리협의회(NDRRMC)의 최신 보고서에 따르면 헨리로 인해 180명이 선제적으로 대피했습니다.

루손의 2개 성에서도 약 321명(110가구)이 태풍의 영향을 받았다.

NDRRMC는 헨리의 사망도 1건 보고됐지만 아직 확인 중이라고 전했다.

[9.5] Hinnamnor has already left but thunderstorm may affect Metro Manila: PAGASA

MANILA -- Typhoon Hinnamnor has already left the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), but parts of the country will still experience rains on Monday due to the habagat or southwest monsoon, the state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In the 24-hour public weather forecast, PAGASA said Ilocos Region, Batanes, the Babuyan Islands, Zambales, and Bataan will likely have cloudy skies with scattered rains howers, and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon. 

Flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible in these areas, according to PAGASA.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the monsoon or localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible, PAGASA said.

Based on the latest report from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) issued on Sunday, 180 people were preemptively evacuated due to Henry.

About 321 people, or 110 families, were also affected by the typhoon across 2 provinces in Luzon. 

One death from Henry was also reported, the NDRRMC said, but this is still being validated.

The provincial government of Batanes also reported agricultural damage worth 6.2 million pesos due to Henry.
