마닐라 — 중앙 비사야 제도의 교육 현금 지원 분배가 5주차에도 순조롭게 유지되었다고 사회 복지 개발부(DSWD) 지역 국장이 토요일에 말했습니다.

"Shalaine Lucero" 감독은 토요일에 할당된 15개 지불 사이트에서 "사소한 결함"만 있었다고 말했습니다.

"우리 고객들은 줄을 서고 있었고 지불금 사이트는 넓었습니다. 일부 ... DSWD 직원은 이미 많은 고객을 관리하는 데 있어 무엇을 하는지 알고 있습니다."라고 Lucero가 말했습니다.

그러나 세부 피나문가잔 마을에서는 현금 보조금을 받으러 온 일부 학생들이 자리가 없었다.

“전날 이미 준비가 되어있었지만, 농구선수들이 의자를 옆으로 옮긴 뒤 돌려주지 않는 경우도 있었을 거예요. 우리 직원들은 의자를 배치하기 위해 빠르게 움직여야 했습니다.”라고 루세로가 설명했습니다.

DSWD로부터 문자 메시지를 받았다고 주장했지만 목록에서 자신의 이름을 찾지 못한 사람들도 있었습니다.

루세로는 “우리가 한 것은 그들을 검증하고 다음 주말에 청구할 사람들에 추가되지 않도록 주중 안에 새로운 일정으로 그들과 소통할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.

오전 10시 기준, 센트럴 비사야스의 DSWD는 1,387명에게 현금 지원을 지급했으며, 총 금액은 360만 페소가 넘습니다.

이번 토요일에 약 3,900만 페소가 이 지역의 13,000명의 개인에게 할당되었습니다.

"Lucero"는 교육 지원 자격이 없는 사람들에게 줄을 서지 말라고 상기시켰습니다.

DSWD는 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program(4Ps)에 따라 부모가 해외에서 일하고 있는 학생 및 불완전한 요구 사항이 있는 학생은 이 재정 지원을 신청할 수 없다고 말했습니다.

이 기관은 지난 주 현금 지원을 이용하려는 개인의 홍수 속에서 프로그램의 온라인 등록을 이미 종료했다고 밝혔습니다.

[9.17] Distribution of DSWD student aid in Central Visayas 'with minor deficiencies'

MANILA — The educational cash aid distribution in Central Visayas remained smooth in its fifth week, the regional director of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said on Saturday.

Director "Shalaine Lucero," said that in the 15 payout sites allocated on Saturday, there were only "minor glitches."

“Our clients were lining up, the payout sites were spacious, some ... DSWD staff by now already know what do in managing many clients,” said "Lucero."

However, in Pinamungajan town, Cebu, some students who came to claim their cash aid did not have seats.

“Although it was already prepared the day before, maybe there [were] basketball players that moved the chairs to the side and did not return it. Our staff had to move fast to arrange the chairs,” explained "Lucero."

There were also some who alleged to have received a text message from the DSWD but did not find their name on the list.

“What we did is to put them under verification and will communicate with them with a new schedule maybe within the weekdays so that they will not add to those who will claim next weekend,” added Lucero.

As of 10 a.m., the DSWD in Central Visayas disbursed cash assistance to 1,387 individuals, the total of which amounts to over 3.6 million pesos.

Some P39 million was allocated this Saturday to 13,000 individuals in the region.

"Lucero" reminded those who are not qualified for the educational aid to not queue.

The DSWD had said that those under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), students whose parents are working abroad and those with incomplete requirements are not eligible to apply for this financial assistance.

The agency last week said it already terminated the online registration for its program amid the deluge of individuals wanting to avail of the cash aid.
