필리핀 대기지구물리천문청(PAGASA)은 오전 4시 기상 예보를 통해 기상 조건으로 인해 바타네스, 카가얀, 이사벨라, 오로라 상공에 흐린 하늘과 비가 내릴 것이라고 밝혔다.

메트로 마닐라와 나머지 국가는 북동풍의 흐름이나 국지적인 뇌우로 인해 고립된 소나기나 천둥번개를 동반한 부분적으로 흐리거나 흐린 하늘을 보이겠습니다.

북부와 중부 루손 지역은 보통에서 거친 해안수역과 함께 보통에서 강한 바람을 경험할 것입니다.

나머지 지역에는 바람이 약하거나 보통 정도이고 바다는 약하거나 보통 정도일 것입니다.

[10.18] Partly cloudy skies, isolated rain showers forecast over parts of PH

MANILA – The northeasterly wind flow affecting Northern Luzon will bring partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over most parts of the country, the weather bureau said Wednesday.

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the weather condition will bring cloudy skies with rains over Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela and Aurora.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the northeasterly wind flow or localized thunderstorms.

Northern and Central Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 25°C to 32°C; Baguio City, 16°C to 24°C; Laoag City, 25°C to 32°C; Legazpi City, 25°C to 33°C; Metro Cebu, 26°C to 32°C; Puerto Princesa City, 25°C to 32°C; and Metro Davao, 24°C to 32°C. (PNA)
